The products and services available on the Website, and any samples thereof which we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or re-sell any of the products or services, or samples thereof, which you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, at our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Delivery information
Orders will be sent via Swiss Post International. Delivery usually occurs within 3-7 working days. Orders are dispatched and delivered on working days (Monday to Friday, except bank holidays). We are sorry, but dispatching is not available for orders being dispatched to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. IMaker complies with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations governing product transport. Therefore, please be advised that the dispatching of some products to certain countries may be prohibited due to these regulations. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
For contractual reasons we cannot deliver in all countries, for more information, please contact our customer service.

For orders less than USD 400.--, shipment rate will be USD 40.--.
FREE SHIPPING for any order above USD 400.--

Duties and Taxes
All prices stated on exclude any taxes or import duties. Extra costs (if applicable) for these taxes and or duties on goods and/or services purchased at are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Return Policy
Always e-mail your concerns to within 7 days of having received goods. Goods may be returned only with a Return Authorisation number which will be given to you as part of the return process. Further details will be supplied to you via e-mail together with the code if your request to return the merchandise has been accepted. IMaker is not responsible for duty and tax refunds in the event of a returned product. In normal circumstances duties and taxes are not refunded in the case of Product Returns.
